Hi Zaconia! My mom used to do Yoga when she was younger like around my age, she just turned 60-I'm 25. Actually, she used to do Yoga younger like at 19-20 years old when she started. She used to tell me all the exercises that were brutal like being poured ice cold water on her body as she tried to relax and it worked. Spirituality to me is almost defined how you described it to be. Hopefully we'll come across each other soon enough on the discussion board and blogs. Awesome!
ReplyDeleteI love your blog! It i s so inviting. I enjoyed reading about spiritual wellness and couldn't agree more. It is hard to stay on the path and journey when we get so caught up in daily life. We need to stop and breathe before acting or reacting. I like where you said the spirit is referred to the deepest part of an individual existing. Not many people look past the exterior to see that we all have a deeper realm than appears! Great blog!
